The Program we have developed is a 7 day per month routine. It is really a two day a week weight routine, but I have a life, and I don’t want to miss out on it. So what?! Just as long as you can make time 7 days a month, that is fine. Besides, at our age (and I am 56), our body needs 3 days to 4 days to recover between each workout. But when I work out – I work out. I work out hard enough to release what I call the warrior hormones that will guarantee survival by telling my body’s resource management system to build new muscle, improve joints, and strengthen bone. In short, I work out to stop, or at lease slow, the aging process!!!!
Our programs address your body’s resource management system, the most advanced resource management system in the world. Your body's goal is to survive and to minimize stress. Our program stresses your body gradually to adapt to a gradually more intense environment. And then we change it; always forcing your body to adapt to a new environment.
